By submitting your order online to Fabulous and Lavish Boutique, you agree to our Policies, Terms and Conditions. Fabulous and Lavish Boutique Management reserves the right to change prices for Gowns/Dresses displayed at the www.fabandlav.com at any time.
Shipping & Delivery
Fabulous and Lavish Boutique offers worldwide shipping. Domestic orders ships via FedEx and International orders will ship via DHL/FedEx Express at a cost if selected. However, if an item is returned for exchange, a shipping charge may be incurred with second shipment. If returning for boutique credit, you will receive full order credit. Overnight and 2-3 shipping options are available. For Pre order, the shipping method applies as soon as your order is ready to ship, and this is not part of the production timeline. Overseas customers is/are required to show a government-issued photo ID as a form of identification and for customs purposes only. The photo must match the person tendering the shipment. Items that require 3- 5 Days or Special Orders will be shipped by method selected when they arrive to warehouse.
Fabulous and Lavish Boutique monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Fabulous and Lavish Boutique in all instances.
Production timeframe
We understand that time is of the essence, and we do our best to provide accurate and realistic estimates for the production of our gowns. Our quoted time frame is based on several factors, including the complexity of the design, the availability of materials, and the workload of the designer's production team.
Please keep in mind that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. While we /designers make every effort to produce/deliver your gown within the quoted time frame, there may be unexpected delays or circumstances that can affect the production process.
Order Processing
Orders placed after 2pm on Monday-Thursday, will be processed the next day. Orders placed Friday after 2pm (along with Saturday & Sunday) will be processed on Monday or Tuesday morning. Orders ship out Monday-Friday (not on weekends). If a transaction has been flagged by our payment processor, Fabulous and Lavish Boutique may request Cardholder identification. If the identification is expired or does not match the name on the Card, or if the Cardholder does not provide identification, Fabulous and Lavish Boutique may decide whether to accept the order or not. Discounts should be applied prior to checkout. In case you forgot, our system is not capable of retroactively adding discounts on orders that have already been placed.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges occurred, the recipient should pay the required charges for the package and prices may vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Fabulous and Lavish Boutique is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

REFUSED or UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS:
We charge a 15% restocking fee for the following reasons:
1. Shipments that are refused or considered undeliverable by UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS.
2. In Stock Dresses Returned
RESTOCKING FEE can be waived if opting for exchange or store credit in lieu of refund

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions.
